Tanner's on 119th & 69 Highway will host a Regional Final on Sunday Night September 14th @ 8pm! The Big Dog will host this Regional Final. The Following locations will send their top teams to compete:

Last Night at Tanner's 119th in the cities busiest Xtreme Team Trivia location. Car Ramrod wrapped up the 10 week competition with My Favorite team nipping at their heels! We Hate D-Bags picked up their first ever Xtreme Team Trivia victory! their were some classic Trivia team names last night.......Arthur's Doobies & Rock Bong Jayhawk (in reference to the two former KU players being caught with drugs this week.) and Political reference team.....Bristol Palin's Baby Daddy!

Old Chicago in Olathe chosen as A Regional Location!

what a riveting moment in American History! there I was laying in bed trying to go to sleep flipping back and forth between the movie classic The Condemed starring wrestler Stone Cold Steve Austin and reruns of Saved By The Bell which is supposed to be based on the High School lives of Zach, Screech, Kelly the other 4 hot chicks and Slater! the writers were Virgins, because if it was true Zach and Kelly and the other 4 hot chicks ( I myself thought the black girl was totally incredibly gorgeous!) would have been focusing the episodes on condoms, teen pregnancy, threesomes and going through break ups in relationships because you went out with my 4 hot friends behind my back stories! anyway, there it was "THE TEXT". False alarm i was pretty sure Big Foot was not selected as Obama's running mate, neither was Mickey Mouse, Ross Perot, Michael Phelps or Jason Whitlock which I had been told in text messages throughout the day. Then when it seemed like the news would never come, as the Secret Service agents took their places around Senator Biden's house....at 2:45 a.m. I got the news Obama/Biden 2008! I was so excited I went to sleep! I am thinking they sent the text at this time to prove to everyone that Obama was indeed ready for that 3a.m. call...even on a Friday Night! Luckily for the Democrats this should now guarantee them that coveted Delaware vote!

I Feel sorry for Hillary, O.K. not really I have never been a big fan, which reminds me last night in St. Louis while walking into a casino...Mike and I had to run for cover because there was sniper fire everywhere! by the way while we are on the casino topic.... the casino's in St. Louis suck, we went to one that reminded me of the one from Family Vacation...same cheesy shirts...i half way expected them to have how many fingers behind my back as a casino game! the only good one was the Ameristar...and maybe Harrah's. oh well.....maybe Hillary will form her own political party...they could call it the Little girl who didn't get picked so I am going to through a tantrum party!

Now on to trivia related stories! -- 810 Zone beginning next week will become a Tuesday Night Show instead of Thursday's! DJ Nick will become the regular host of the show - Show Time is 9pm. All the points from the previous 8 weeks will carry over. 810 Hotties currently lead by over 700 points in the 10 week competition.

Also Later tonight we will post the 11 Regional Final Locations so you can see which location you would be playing at! Regional Finals will be held Sunday Night September 14th at 8pm! There will not be any regular shows that night.

Chiefs begin new tradition a salute to how many fans are in the stands!

The Kansas City Chiefs have started a new NFL tradition! Last night for the first time in NFL history they had the players hold up their helmets for every fan in the stand in the 4th quarter! Steven "never been to a Chiefs game before" McBride was saluted with 3:35 seconds to go in the Chiefs 2nd preseason game. It was a touching moment. The Chiefs had an Undrafted Rookie hold up his helmet for the Salute. originally they were going to have one of their pro bowl defensive players do the honor and then they remembered they did not have one. Are the Chiefs truly going to rebuild with Brody Croyle, Somebody Thigpen, and Damon Huard....does Thigpen have a first name?? I always assume people are talking about the Charlie Brown cartoon when someone says his name.

On To Trivia!!!! -- Week #8 kicks off tonight with many close 10 week competition battles! also about half the locations have a lot of teams trying to get into the top 10 in scoring! definitely the closest battles in Xtreme Team Trivia history!
