Fortune Cookies?? and Week #1 starts Today!

I had Chinese Food for lunch yesterday, it was very tasty but then my weird thinking took over......I don't get fortune cookies. Don't get me wrong -- I don't have a problem taking advice from a cookie, but aren't there more reputable cookies around? Fortune cookies are pretty much the worst cookie ever. Why would you listen to a cookie that can't even get its own stuff together? Focus on being a halfway decent cookie for a while, and when you've got that down, come back and tell me about my hidden talents that will soon become obvious to those around me. An Oreo -- now there's a cookie I'd listen to. I'd take stock tips from an Oreo. And between you and me, if one of those Girl Scout cookies with the caramel and coconut told me to, I'd kill a man.

Since When does lead kill you?

I don't understand why people are freaking out about a little lead in toys. When I was a kid, I used to play with little paintable Dungeons & Dragons figurines. You know what those things were made of? Lead. That's right, the toy company would just pour a little glob of molten lead into a mold shaped like an elf princess and call it a toy. You're worried about a little lead in the paint on your Bratz(TM) Dream Crib*? Please. We used to paint our lead toys with lead-based paint in radon-filled rooms blanketed with asbestos insulation while sitting on furniture made out of cyanide and rattlesnakes.One time my junior high teacher confiscated my lead orc figurine -- not because it was made entirely of poison, but because he thought it might be satanic. The grownups back then could care less about whether you were playing with toxic substances. They'd let you play with anything that wasn't possessed by a demon.*No Bratz products have been shown to contain any hazardous substances. They will, however, turn your six year old into a Hooker!

Hey It's The Big Dog With Xtreme Team Trivia, I used to Host Trivia Blitz at Side Pockets in Independence every Sunday and Monday Night and for the first time in about five years I will be hosting my first show in Independence again! So Join me every Tuesday Night at Fuel In Independence! Show time is 8pm and your team can win a $25 Gift Certificate! The show usually last about 2 1/2 Hours it is fast paced, and great music between the 10 rounds of trivia, and we mix in 3 montages worth up to 150 total points! Thigpen Turned on for game???

Tyler Thigpen saw his first NFL action on Sunday as did everyone else on the team that had never played QB in the NFL! But after the game Tony Gonzales gave us a little more info than we needed.......He said "Once Damon went down, Tyler's package expanded". Wow!! now that is inside information!

What is up with Herman Edwards, yesterday he showed why he is now 12 games under .500 as an NFL head coach. That was pathetic football! Yesterdays absurd decisions assured that the Chiefs will have some blacked out games this year, who wants to pay the $22 to park to watch that! The only bad news about yesterday is that the St. Louis Rams are trying to give the Chiefs a run for their money in the battle of who is going to get the #1 Draft Pick next year! Thank God for the T-Bones....at least their good! Oh and by the way the Missouri Tigers are favored by 28 to beat the Chiefs next week......and in week 4 the early line has Rockhurst as a 3 point favorite!
